  • Business details shared during onboarding — your industry, audience, content goals, and content pillars
  • Voice notes and audio recordings you submit as part of your content system build
  • Written samples, post examples, tone preferences, and examples of content you like or dislike
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never store your card details

Information collected automatically:

  • Website usage data such as pages visited and time on page
  • Browser type and operating system
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Advertising interaction data collected via the Meta Pixel (see Section 6)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Build and deliver your personalised AI content system
  • Train your custom voice and tone profile within your system
  • Communicate with you about your project, primarily via WhatsApp and email
  • Process payments and send invoices
  • Improve our service quality and onboarding experience
  • Send you relevant updates or resources — you may opt out at any time

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content, voice notes, or business data to train any public AI model. Your data is used solely to build and operate your personal content system.

3. Third-Party Services

To deliver our service we work with the following providers:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenAI / Anthropic — AI content generation, using your own API key provided at onboarding
  • N8N (self-hosted on a private VPS) — automation workflows for content generation
  • Lovable — your personalised client dashboard
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling
  • WhatsApp — primary client communication
  • Meta (Facebook) — website advertising and pixel tracking

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and is used only to the extent required to deliver our service.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your content data is processed on a private server we control, secured with SSL encryption
  • We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorised access
  • Voice notes are processed for content generation and may be retained to improve your personal system over time
  • We retain your data for as long as your engagement with us is active

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of any inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time
  • Request a portable copy of your data

6. Meta Pixel and Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure the performance of our advertising and to build relevant audiences for future campaigns.
